Registration

Public Registration: Classes are filled on a first come first served basis.  In order to register your child the school office must receive the following at the time of registration: completed Registration Form, Parent/School Agreement (both signed for each child), registration fees (make checks payable to FBCS), a completed FACTS agreement and a copy of your child’s birth certificate.  Click on the links below to download a copy of the required forms (Microsoft Word format), or contact the FBCS office to have a copy mailed to you.

FBCS Uniform Policy:  Kindergarten through middle school students will be required to wear FBCS approved uniforms. Preschoolers are welcome, but not required to wear the school uniform, but must follow the Tag Day dress code guidelines. Click on the link below to download a copy (Microsoft Word format) of the policy.

2010-2011 School Uniform Policy

Potty Training: Absolutely all students entering FBCS, including preschoolers, must be potty trained at the time school starts.

Entrance Exam: All new students 1st-8th grade are required to take an entrance exam. The cost is $25 per exam and must be paid at the time of the exam. Exams will be scheduled at a later date.

 
Age Requirement: Children entering preschool must be 3 years old by September 1st for the year 2009
